We operate an informationwebsite, event mobile app, membership platform, organize digital and in-personevents featuring news, industrial trends, briefings and related publications.

- Event, Conferences Registration, Subscription, Event Mobile App and Webinars
- When you register for an event through our website, event mobile app, or subscribe to our membership platform, services or products, we may ask you to provide your full name, email address, telephone number, and details relevant to your occupation or employer. In relation to this, we may also ask for payment details, credit/debit card payments are processed using a third-party service provider and we do not retain the credit card/debit card data (refer to the Third-Party Sites of this Privacy Policy). Details of address may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by us for order fulfilment, delivery and collection of payment. This personal data is used to process your registration and manage your participation in our events and platform. We may also use your personal data to communicate with you regarding event updates and other relevant content to improve our website, event mobile app, and events.
- We may also provide delegate details (e.g.name, email) to relevant event partners (sponsors, endorsing organizations)who, subject to your previous consent, may contact you for their own advertising and marketing purposes.
- When registering for a CDx virtual events or webinars, you agree to your registration and contact details being shared with the host and sponsor(s), who will be named for each webinar to contact you about products they believe to be of legitimate interest and trusted third parties contracted by us to provide verification and due diligence services to validate the business and contact information.
- If required to protect the rights and interests of other users and/or CDx and Asia Clean Energy Partners affiliates (including our employees, agents, and contractors), we may disclose your information when required by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities, other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection.
- Marketing & Advertising
- We use and collect the personal data you provide us to inform you aboutsimilar products and services that we provide, or that are offered by ourthird-party partners through newsletters and marketing communications, We willnot share your personal data with any third parties for their own marketing andadvertising purposes unless you have previously provided your consent.
